Speak with Successful Confidence

In a moment you will relax and remove your fear of public speaking and stuttering. 
This is a script you can use whilst do self-hypnosis recording or with clients.
This script contains powerful suggestions to speak successfully and remove all fear whilst speaking.  
For treatment, it is recommended to repeat this process as much as possible to install new power beliefs of confidence, you will be amazed at the breakthrough you will achieve now.


Make yourself comfortable and make sure you are in a quiet safe place where you would not be disturbed.
You do not have to do anything and you will be aware of the whole entire process.

Now close your eyes as soon as you wish and just focus only on the sound of my voice. 
With your eyes closed take a deep inhale in and exhale out and I would like you to wonder how relaxed you can go now. 

As you let my words wash over you, you are becoming more and more relaxed and with every passing moment and each word I say is taking you deeper and deeper. 

Now, feel your body on that chair and allow your breathing to become regular and peaceful, I would like you to drift off into a kind of sleep. 

Your eyes are very heavy, heavier, and relax them all the way down and allow yourself to relax your entire body, and allow yourself to drift down a sort of sleep. 

As you sink down deeper and deeper into relaxation, your body goes limp and loose, and just enjoy this comfortable feeling. 

Allow this relaxation to double and soften your whole entire body now...

As you continue to relax deeper and deeper into sleep you now realize that you are fully relaxed and at ease. 
 
Now your unconscious mind is open and receptive to all my suggestions and you will feel more and more confident and more and more relaxed when you speak in public. 

As you imagine yourself now going back in time to when you were a  child, you are playing and relaxed.

Incredible Stress relief

 *This Is a hypnotic script in order to wash away from your stress, as a hypnotherapist or if you are recording a self-hypnosis tape, make sure you speak in a relaxed tone of voice. Enjoy and remember practice always makes perfect.


Now, make yourself comfortable in your chair and just take a deep breath in and exhale out with a sigh.

That's right just take another deep breath in and out and begin to relax now as you just listen to the sound of my voice. In a moment now, I am going to ask you to close your eyes all the down, but for now, just focus on the sound of my voice and Imagine how relaxed you can go. 

As you take your last Inhale in from the nose and out from the mouth, you close your eyes all the way down and begin to feel more and more relaxed ... more and more at peace... more and more into deep calm and tranquility...

You now wonder how relaxed you can, be as you relax the little muscles around your eyes and you float the relaxation up to your forehead, to your scalp to the top of your head your whole face.

Move your relaxation down to your neck, shoulders, stomach, and legs.. soften your whole entire body, that's right just relax deeper and deeper relaxed...

Now every sound you hear and every word I say is going to drive you even deeper and deeper into relaxation.

As you physically relax now we are going to mentally relax as I will help you go deeper and deeper into relaxation,

I would like you to imagine that you are now looking down a flight of stairs and each number I count represents a step and with each step you will go deeper and deeper into a trance now.

You are now going on step 10 feel your feet touching step 10 as you go downwards and deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Now you are down the flight of stairs as you imagine that in front of you there is a white door with a golden door nob. You now open that door and you feel the golden door nob and as you open that door you enter a wonderful relaxing peaceful garden now. 

As you see yourself now in that garden, you feel your feet on the grass, you smell the flower, you hear the birds singing and you feel the beautiful sun on your skin. 

It's a warm summer's day and you feel a wave of relaxation coming down your whole entire body.

You feel wonderful and all the thoughts and concerns are fading away in this garden as the soothing sound of my voice is going down with you into deeper and deeper relaxation now.

Now you enjoy this beautiful garden and each and every moment you are just going deeper and deeper relaxed and calm.

It's now your time to be calm and relaxed and now you are so at peace in this garden.

As you walk around in this garden you find a big golden glass mirror, a mirror that is going to help you today wash away all of your stress. 

This magic mirror is attracting you to it and you now go closer and closer to this mirror the closer you get the more relaxed you feel...

Now all the words I say become truth to you, deeply rooted in your subconscious mind.

You now look at this mirror and look into your own very reflection, as you look at this reflection you might feel different emotions but it's now time to let them go.

It's now time to love and accept yourself, as you are now ready to look yourself into your own eyes in that magic mirror and that magic mirror is supporting you and nourishing you with self-love acceptance, and self-confidence. You are mesmerized by this mirror and wonderful positive change is happening in you right now.

You feel so relaxed as you zone out just looking at this magic mirror feeling extreme self-acceptance and self-love

You are so peaceful now and so calm, you feel the most relaxed you have ever been as this magical mirror is also relaxing you deeper and deeper.

Now you will gather all the power, positivity, and relaxation from this mirror and circle it around your entire body, double this feeling, and just feel wonderful now.

Notice that all is well and all will be fine in the future, you are safe and your need will come to you at the right moment and at the right time. 

You are now more and more relaxed and calmer and calmer.  As you feel yourself floating down a white puffy cloud and a warm sense of relaxation is coming down all over your body. 

You take this relaxed feeling throughout your days, months, and years.

Every day in every way you will become more and more relaxed and more and more stress-free. 

You now know inside your mind and body that powerful changes have been made and you feel so optimistic about your future, 

The Power is in the present moment and you now have the power and the ability to relax at will. 

Inside yourself, there is a power a hypnotic power, to relax at your own will. 

You are now able to return to this relaxation anytime you need to.

As I will count up from 1 to 5 you will be fully awake and fully aware and all the changes you have made today.

Wonderful Relaxation Script

 As you make your self comfortable and begin to relax , take a deep breathe in and exhale out.

 I invite you to close your eyes down as soon as you wish.  You are ready to relax as you feel a sense of calm and relaxation from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes. Now you are feeling a warm ocean wave of relaxation , nothing else matter , but the sound of my voice and your ability to deeply relax all the way down now. 

As you sit there listening to me you now , you are feeling more and more relaxed .... 

As you begin to soften your body and go deeper and deeper relaxed you will now find yourself being and feeling deeply relaxed and now you will go into trance. As you begin to imagine that you are floating down on a white puffy cloud, feeling the crisp fresh air , seeing the beautiful blue sky , smelling the freshness of the air ... now you go deeper and deeper still as my voice goes down with you in to deep relaxation and tranquility. 

Now as you keep floating down deeper and deeper on that white puffy cloud you  feel so deeply relaxed , so positive , so happy as you put a smile on your face and start going twice as deep as you were now. 

As I count numbers down from 3 down to 1 , you will go twice as deeper and deeper relaxed now.

3... go deeper and deeper into relaxation...

2...drift down sink down deeper and deeper still..

1...Your body relaxed and your mind relaxes now..

0...Twice as deep , deeper relaxed ..

Now your mind is open and receptive to all the wonderful and positive suggestions , I am going to give you...

As your mind is still just like a lake , your mind is still and all the worries , cares and concerns are now blown away and you feel so relaxed and so at peace now.

You begin to Imagine that you are in a beautiful and relaxing place were you can see the mountain , you can hear the birds singing , you smell the trees and the flowers. 

You feel a deep peace and sense of relaxation as you now start to feel lighter as you float dream and relax... 

You are going to feel more calm and more relaxed each and everyday. As you forgive yourself and start embracing the person that you are.

You will love yourself now more and more , each and everyday you are going to be bursting with gratitude... Self  love... and confidence...

As you feel so relaxed and at peace now you will find its easier to control your mind, feelings and emotions. You now have more energy and more focus to reach your goals now...

You feel incredible and powerful and from now on you will be able to relax deeply now... when you say the word hypnosis you feel deeply relaxed.. Say the word in your heart now hypnosis... and feel the amazing relaxation going all trough your body and mind. 

From now on when you say to yourself the word hypnosis you will go deeper and deep relaxed and at peace so relaxed now.. Hypnosis.... that 's right feel the power and the relaxation .. you are an amazing , empowered individual and you can achieve anything you set your mind too.  

As you feel deeply relaxed... now as I count up from 1 to 3 , you feel amazing and you will wake up feeling extremely fantastic ..

Doctor Speaks facts about COVID 19 and Life

A Doctor , I admire , who I felt deep inside my bones is speaking the truth about Covid-19 , is Dr.Jean Karl Soler.

A Maltese doctor who was rightfully vocal about Covid 19 pandemic.
Dr.Soler kindly answered my questions for my blog and I think his answers are worth sharing.

We share very similar views and you the reader now can learn new ways of thinking , agree or bin this info..its up to you , I write for freedom so you have the freedom to agree or disagree. 

Below is a RAW question and answer of me the interviewer and Dr .Soler answering the question. 


What are your main tips on having good physical health?

I think it is important to love life, love oneself and the people around you. Health is important, but measures to improve your health should not interfere with your enjoyment of life. As such, healthy diet, regular exercise, regular relaxation, and being able to participate in activities you enjoy should be means to an end, and not an end in themselves. Do healthy things you enjoy, like long walks in the countryside rather than a daily workout in your washroom, or healthy enjoyable food, not eating something which tastes bland but improves your digestion. For example, I enjoy red wine, which is a healthy choice, in moderation. Recently, the regular intake of Vitamin D3 has been found to stimulate immunity, whilst controlling over-reactions by the immune system. Daily Vitamin D3 intake can be particularly important in Malta in these times of a new epidemic virus.

What is the best way to protect ourselves against COVID-19?

I think it is important to understand your risk from COVID-19 and take appropriate measures. Taking regular Vitamin D3 is useful, since vitamin deficiency has been shown to be associated with bad COVID-19 outcomes. I also think it is important to understand your real risk of bad outcomes should you get COVID-19. A risk calculator such as QCovid (https://qcovid.org/ ) can help you understand your personal risk from the disease, based on your risk parameters. If you are at increased risk from COVID-19, due to factors such as old age, health problems, or immune deficiency, it is worth considering getting an appropriate vaccine to  protect you from hospital admission, or other bad outcomes. If you are already immune to COVID-19, an antibody test can help you understand your natural, or vaccine-mediated, immunity against COVID-19. You very rarely get COVID-19 twice, and COVID-19 infection provides as much protection, or more, than vaccination, and for a longer period of time.
What does freedom mean to you?
What is the value of health without freedom? How healthy is one, if they are not free to work, interact with their friends or families, or travel? Freedom is the basis of modern democratic societies, and yet it has come under threat recently due to excessive restrictions which have been, largely, an over-reaction to the viral epidemic waves. We know that masks and lockdown measures are not supported by evidence of any significant effect over voluntary social distancing, and yet many countries have imposed such measures even when there was no immediate threat or emergency situation. One example were measures in effect in summer, when the virus is a seasonal respiratory virus which largely impacts on mortality in winter. In my opinion, we need to find our freedom again, and enact measures so that it will not be possible for governments or health authorities to restrict freedoms without evidence of an actual emergency and actual benefits over harms from such measures.
People have been pressured to take a vaccine with incomplete safety information, often with punitive measures on those who chose to wait for safer vaccines or more safety information on current vaccines. This is contrary to basic ethical principles, and we need to think carefully on whether such was justified, and whether such should be allowed in future. In my opinion, these measures did not fulfil either premise, since vaccines are not 100% effective, are not 100% safe, and do not prevent transmission of disease.

What are your thoughts on the mind-body connection?

There is ample evidence of the placebo effect in clinical trials. If you take a medicine which you believe will help your heal, the chance of healing is increased significantly even if you are given an ineffective medicine. There is evidence that if one believes one will recover from a disease, the chance of recovery is significantly higher. Yes, there is a definite interaction between the body, the mind and the psyche, and all our health interventions should take account of this complex, and not fully understood, interaction.

What is your favourite book?

I read a lot, but during the COVID-19 epidemic I have been reading more scientific literature and less for my enjoyment. However, I love historical texts which are well referenced, and where every statement is backed up by a reference to the actual source material. As such, I think I would rate Stalin’s biography by Sebag Montefiore, “Stalin: The Court of the Red Tsar” as one of my favourites, since it allowed me to understand how one man came to have so much influence on the history of Russia, the USSR and Europe, with the complicity of a small circle of loyal followers, who he enjoyed playing against each other in order to assert his total dominance. I see Stalin’s dictatorship as proof positive that absolute power absolutely corrupts, and the book is a solid argument against dictatorship and for freedom. If you allow, I will also mention the book “The kite runner” by Khaled Hosseini, which is one of the best novels I have ever read, and which is the best fictional work I have ever read.
How would you describe your perfect day?
Well, it will be a weekend, since I am so busy. I think perfection is relaxing with your family, at peace with the world. In these dark days, I do not think I can relax without worrying about the suffering of the people of Ukraine, and so it is difficult for me to have a perfect day.

The Principles of Self & Opposites

 


The Principle of self is all about discovering who you are. Moreover realizing that you are bigger than the reality you represent will empower you to greatness. Yes, you can inspire yourself to greatness but first, you must understand yourself and others. 

The main idea of the principle of self is the knowledge that you are connected with all beings and you can harness your mental power to reach harmony within yourself.

This principle was discovered in my own personal journey and once hit me when I helped like three people discover who they are and when I've seen how impactful self-discovery is, I took a not and developed the principle of self. 

A brand new attitude, an attitude of caring, gratitude, and all high vibe emotions will uplift you and all the others around you.  This is the formula to the principle of self and how to do it is easy and it's all about personal preference. As the samurai says there are many ways to the top of the mountain but I will give you a blueprint now. Let us start by having you look at your thought, try to deliberately take control of your thinking, and affirm you want to actualize, in order to take back control you must keep an upbeat mental attitude that will carry you through tough times as though times don't last but tough people do. This principle will skyrocket you towards your goals and success. 

EXAMPLE: From now on I am positive and open to all good or simply say to yourself "I like myself".

Love and positivity are very high vibrational and healing emotions so are the power of belief. 

Liking and loving yourself is a practice that will help you unlock your potential and above all the principle of self. If you practice this work it will greatly improve your quality of life. 

As now you have learned and explored the principle of self, it is now time to discover the principle of opposites. 

This is going to be a brief and simple description however do not dismiss its power. 

The principle of opposites is an important and powerful principle to grasp if you want to understand personal change and the changing of moods and emotions. Therapy and coaching are based on the principle of opposites as a client are brought from one state to another whilst they discover new ways of coping, reaching goals, and new ways of thinking. If you learn this principle well, you will become will reach mental mastery and you may yourself through your mental power to succeed. 

Imagine being able to control your mental states at your own command, if this sounds good you must understand the principle of opposites. You must realize that human beings are creatures of habits and belief systems, this principle will allow you to influence your own belief system as your belief system about yourself and the world has been influenced by stronger individuals who willfully force their ideas on you and all of society through mass hypnosis and mental power. Many individuals will never discover such work and will live their life as sheep living on the strings of wolves. You can break those strings and set yourself free, create your own personal barrier, and influence yourself. 

I happen to have come to understand this concept when I was learning and practicing such principles to help myself and others as hypnotherapists. I personally know how language can influence and persuade others to do good and unfortunately also bad things. This is not magic it's how the brain works and hypnosis is not the devil on the contrary hypnosis is the archangel it's our protection against malicious people and forces. It will give you your own personal power and access to your mental power. 

Self-hypnosis may be used to operate the principle of opposites now to more practical use the principle of opposites works like this.

You can eliminate your fear by focusing on courage. Try it now remember a time when you were brave, feel the feelings of bravery and courage YOU CAN NOT FOCUS ON TWO EMOTIONS AT THE SAME TIME focus on the helpful one. 

This is the principle of opposites however it takes consistent practice, persistence, and patience to master. 

Allow yourself to change your mood and mental states to overcome all hurdles, I believe in you. 

In summary, the principle of opposites allows you to transform emotions into an opposite emotion which will allow you to have a better quality of life.

You can be confident and have no doubt, I want these principles to be in your awareness.

Now you might be wondering this is a work filled with fake promises, well the main themes of the book are patience, practice, and persistence.
