How to take your life back : ONE step at a time

 


Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately and feel that you have no direction?

I am here to tell you that it's normal to feel that way, in my experience and chatting with clients worldwide, we all day feel unmotivated and blue. 

If you are wondering how you can take your life back get a little bit organized and focus on your self-care, in this short blog I am going to share some secrets that have helped me and my clients. 

I call it the THERAPY ACTION PLAN, it involves simple yet effective changes one can do to cope and begin the healing process whatever the issue might be. 

You know that analyzing your environment and getting an insight into what is going on around you is the first step. Now do not get fixed on outside circumstances and feel like a victim. 

I am speaking about awareness here and changes you can make if possible for a more supportive environment that fits your therapy goals. 

Let me list the THERAPY ACTION PLAN for you now, so it's easier for you to understand than  I will write down important pointers afterward. 

STEP 1: SELF - EXPLORATION: this involves knowing where you are currently at, in your life, knowing your strengths and weakness, the environment you have, the external and internal resources you have, and the willingness to change. 

STEP 2:  FORUMALSTION AND IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR THE GOOD AND LOVELY  ATTRACTION. Here you need to do a little bit of work, to start healing and learn new ways of thinking. I conduct my therapy in a holistic way, focusing on activity schedules, relaxation, diet, and physical exercise. 

Now, as you wonder how you can get new ways of thinking and take your life back one step at a time, make sure that you have understood what I have written so far.

Activity Scheduling can work really well as a strategy if one is suffering from anxiety, fear, and feeling overwhelmed. This will encourage you to experience positive things available, that maybe you were avoiding because of fear. Carrying out pre-planned activities in increased doses will help you gain control and more positive experience in your environment.

Imagine that you are able to relax at your own will, that would be your own self-help superpower.

That is one thing I specialize in when I do, my mindfulness and hypnotherapy, a simple five-minute moment to just sit back and relax doing an exercise that allows you to understand yourself and your mind better, is something you might or will do now. 

Your invisible power lies in your ability to imagine and think, so in therapy thinking work as I like to call it analyzing your thought process is important in self-healing. That is where mindfulness and hypnosis exercises might come in handy for you. 

I am going to give you a simple exercise now you can do, in order to relax and start your journey in learning new ways to relax. This simple yet effective exercise can be done for how long you want and can take it with you for life and it's the only relaxation tool you will need for the rest of your life. 

All you need for this exercise is a quiet space, a comfortable chair, or a bed, you can sit down or lie down as you wish.  Relax, back and close your eyes for a while, before starting you can put on some relaxing music if this helps you to relax, YOUTUBE is filled with relaxing music mixes, I also put some on my YOUTUBE CHANNEL.  As you close your eyes and relax, bring your attention to your eyes and relax them so much that you feel you can not open them. Relax the little muscles around your eyes and continue to relax all your body at will, one body part at a time. Starting from your head down to your toes, breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through the mouth with a sigh, this will help you relax even deeper. Now all you need to do is Imagine there is a big WHITE light, and each muscle group passes the muscle group tenses and relaxes even deeper. Tense the muscle for the count of 10 then fully relax for the count of 10 leaving the muscle limp loose and relaxing. 

If you practice and practice this exercise you will become a pro and the benefits are great trust me,
