As it is the first month of the year 2022 , we all might have new year's resolutions and some of us are trying to take back control of our lives. Moreover,in my self reflections ,I have realised that the world around me has become a bit noisy due to the Covid-19 pandemic and changes life offers me.
Despite all, I have been into self-help and therapy for years now and have managed to change many things in my life to great success , however 2022 I want to really bring balance towards my physical, mental and emotional state. Furthermore , I know that this drastic internal shift can only happen if I truly master my thoughts , feelings and actions.
This is no easy task however it is possible as driving change into people was something I have done in the past however its the consistency and faith that will continue to lead myself and also you towards your main purpose.
Chang is hard because ;
WE ARE BRAINWASHED AS WE ARE THE SUM OF OUR EXPERIENCES WHICH GOVERN WHAT WE BELIEVE ABOUT OUR SELVES AND THE WORLD. ALL IS SUBCONSCIOUS!
We are individuals and special beings we are part of the creator and we are here for our unique purpose, so transforming our lives to unlock this potential is one of life's greatest pleasure.
The following practices are what I believe can help me master my self. Moreover , I have tried some of them in the past and they worked for me , however 2022 is the year of resilience for me, its the year of the Tiger according the Chinese calendar.
I MUST FOLLOW TROUGH !
So this year I aim to explore the growth mindset , looking at life with open eyes and knowing that I am an infinite human being not just a pawn in this society.
Explore more deeply how I can just 'BE' instead of just do ... maybe a mindfulness practice or meditation may help me in achieving this.
Using the Law of Attraction and positive thinking more regularly knowing from experience that like attracts like and having faith in the idea that you can change your reality by what you choose to focus on.
I also need to take action towards working on my mind once more to become my best me or let us say close to it.
Some NLP, CBT and Self - Hypnosis may do the trick in this aspect.
I want to stick to a plan of training my body for a very long time to progress in one certain area and not jump on one thing and the other. Although I had some results and any training is healthy I have not went far in one discipline,
In a nutshell , I am searcher for better knowledge however I am Master procrastinator and this I must stop.
Above all I want to love others more , be of better service , have more energy , be kind and love my self.
Whatever life throws at me I want to take it on the chin and in the words of Jesus Christ I want to grow like daisies grow , no stress and strain and like Lao Tzu said nature is slow but leaves nothing undone.
