I think you wonder and know how stressful and
tense life can be now a days. You see the news and the world around you and all
the world seems chaotic, pandemics , murders , wars and all the rest.
You may also feel super stressed with work ,

A method I like to use is called dissociation,
this is a way to disconnect from any emotion that is bothering you
including stress. If for example you are worrying before you sleep, what you
can do is imagine and feel yourself leaving your body and that emotion behind.
Feel yourself floating away push it away. Also a good technique that you can
use is to THINK something different, something positive someone
you love, a funny movie or pet. TRY IT, it won't work for sure unless you try
it I mean.
Try these techniques now and I am sure they
will help you out a lot if you are feeling a bit stressed.
