HOW to ELIMINATE STRESS : A One MINUTE guide

 



I think you wonder and know how stressful and tense life can be now a days. You see the news and the world around you and all the world seems chaotic, pandemics , murders , wars and all the rest. 

You may also feel super stressed with work , paying bills , relationships , peer pressure and all the lovely uncomfortable feelings modern life has to offer. I am curious to know how stress make you feel and if you ever wondered that there is an easy and effective solution to living life more lightly.

I am promise that if you take this advice , I imagine that you will feel better even if it is just a little bit, as they say great things happen one step at a time. You must build momentum to change something you don 't like and I am going to give you the action steps necessary now.

FLOAT AWAY METHOD 

A method I like to use is called dissociation, this is a way to disconnect from any emotion that is bothering you including stress. If for example you are worrying before you sleep, what you can do is imagine and feel yourself leaving your body and that emotion behind. Feel yourself floating away push it away. Also a good technique that you can use is to THINK something different, something positive someone you love, a funny movie or pet. TRY IT, it won't work for sure unless you try it I mean. 

Try these techniques now and I am sure they will help you out a lot if you are feeling a bit stressed.
